Velásquez will travel to Cusco to explain on gas reserves

Cabinet chief, Javier Velásquez Quesquén, suddenly appeared before the House of Congress and announced that next Tuesday will travel to Cusco region, to dialogue with the Committee on Defence and explain gas reserves.

The ruling noted that Gov. understands and respects the right of protest, "but not making roads or violence against private property." In this regard, he urged the people to lay down their measure of strength to make way for a dialogue.

"The government is not back to the gas problem. I want to say that those who are fomenting violence inside the country are conspiring against democracy," said Chief Cabinet.

As recalled in the city of Quillabamba, province of La Convencion, it abides by a strike demanding that the gas is not sold abroad and to give priority to the south.
